Check in: from 02:30 p.m.
Check out: by 10:00 a.m.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the price for the total stay will still be charged.
Cancellations and changes must be communicated in written form.
A deposit (30% of the total amount) is required to confirm the booking.

Local tourist tax is not included in the price: from 01.01.2024 the local tax of € 3,00 per person and day (from 14 years of age) has to be added to the indicated prices. The tax is to be paid on place.

Access to the wellness area and pool area from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.
Access to saunas from 04:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m.
Access to the massage centre from 02:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.
Access to the ice cave for after sauna, from 04:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Please note: access to saunas is permitted from the age of 14.

Rich sweet and savoury breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Bar service from 04:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m.
Please note: we kindly ask you to report any allergies/intolerances with proper advance notice.

We gladly accept pets upon request and confirmation.
Access in the apartment provides a daily surcharge. The additional charge amounts to Euro 30,00 per day per animal.
Leaving your pet alone in the apartment for long periods of time is not permitted.
Access to the "stube" dining area on request.
Access to the other communal areas of the house is not permitted.
Please note: in the event of damage caused to persons or property, the owner will be held fully responsible.

Please note: smoking is not permitted in the entire House!
